Employees who
are full time and have completed 90 days of employment, are eligible
to enroll. Employees are provided four open enrollment periods
annually. The plan permits employee contributions up to $13,000
of gross earnings for 2004. Also, we will match, 25% on the dollar,
up to the first $1,000 per year of employee contribution. |
